HAMAC Mini Compact Dry Mix Production Line

HAMAC 8-20 ton/h dry mortar mixing plant is a compact, high-efficiency dry mix production solution, designed for small-to-medium batch production of dry mortar, wall putty powder, tile adhesive, thermal insulation mortar, gypsum-based mortar and other building dry powder materials. Adopting a rational ladder-type layout, this production line features a simplified but stable configuration, small footprint, easy operation and maintenance, making it perfectly suitable for small and medium-sized building material manufacturers, start-up investors, and regional construction material suppliers.

With a stable output range of 8-20 tons per hour, this dry mortar mixing plant realizes integrated functions of raw material lifting, precise mixing, dust removal and quantitative packaging, with reliable performance and high mixing uniformity. It can meet diversified production demands while lowering equipment investment and site construction costs, delivering high cost-performance for dry mortar production.

Core Product Features

  • Stable Output Range: Customizable production capacity from 8-20 ton/h, matching different mixer models to meet flexible production demands.
  • Compact Ladder-Type Layout: Optimized mechanical layout reduces overall space occupation, with a total unit height of around 6 meters, low requirements for workshop height.
  • Flexible Configuration Options: Available in two versions (with/without metering hoppers), supporting manual dosing or auxiliary precise metering for different production needs.
  • Simplified Control System: Equipped with heavy-duty electrical control box (no complex PLC system required), low failure rate, easy to operate and maintain.
  • High Mixing Uniformity: Built-in dual-axis gravity-free mixer, ensures even mixing of raw materials, stable product quality and consistent performance.
  • Dust-Free Production: Matched with pulse jet bag house to control dust emission, meeting environmental protection production standards.
  • Flexible Packaging Mode: Equipped with valve bag fillers, supporting both impeller and air-floating packaging principles for different dry mortar products.

Main Structure & Working Flow

This 8-20 ton/h dry mortar mixing plant consists of core components including bucket elevator, dual-axis gravity-free mixer, pulse jet bag house, buffer hopper, valve bag filling machine, air compressor and electrical control system. The whole production flow is smooth and continuous, with no material accumulation:

Raw materials (dry sand, cement, gypsum, calcium carbonate, additives, etc.) are manually weighed and fed into the bucket elevator, lifted vertically to the mixer; after full uniform mixing, finished materials flow into the buffer hopper below the mixer, and then enter the valve bag fillers for quantitative packaging. The whole process realizes closed conveying and dust-free operation, with stable and efficient production.

Important Recommendation: Limited by manual raw material dosing speed, we recommend choosing mixer models within 4m³ for this compact dry mortar mixing plant, to

FAQ

Dry mix mortar is a pre-blended combination of sand, cement, aggregates, and functional additives. Depending on its application, it is commonly classified into three types: colored powder coatings, adhesives, and materials for road or surface repair and reinforcement.

Mortar is primarily used in brick and stone masonry to hold construction elements together. Its slightly softer composition allows it to fill gaps and accommodate variations in shape and size within a structure.
Concrete, on the other hand, is a strong and durable material that hardens over time, achieving a stone-like consistency. Due to its high strength and versatility, concrete is widely used in load-bearing structures.

Production capacity varies by model, ranging from 8 to 50 tons per hour, with an annual output of 80,000 to 300,000 tons per production line. Our customizable mortar plants are designed to meet the continuous production demands of large-scale projects.

What are the main components of a gypsum mortar production line?

A gypsum mortar plant typically consists of:

  • Storage system for raw materials
  • Material conveying system for efficient transfer
  • Automatic dosing system to ensure precise ingredient proportions
  • High-efficiency gravity-free mixing system for uniform blending
  • Finished product storage silos for ready-to-pack materials
  • Automated packaging system for efficient bagging
  • Robotic palletizing system for streamlined logistics
  • Automatic control system for real-time process monitoring

Where is gypsum mortar used?

Gypsum mortar plants produce various dry-mix building materials, including gypsum-based adhesives, lightweight gypsum mortar, and wall putty. These materials are widely used in interior finishing, tile fixing, and construction applications.

Can a dry mortar production line be customized to my specific needs?
