Intelligent energy-saving and environment-friendly continuous Dry mix mortar plant

The intelligent continuous dry mortar production line independently developed by our company realizes continuous feeding, continuous measuring, continuous mixing and continuous discharging through the specially designed dynamic measuring system, three-stage forced mixing system and computer control system, which subverts the traditional intermittent high-power mixing production mode and has a particularly high production efficiency of 80-200 tons per hour.

A line of basic configuration of the total power of only 120kw or so, the production of normal operation of the motor is only 36.8kw, of which the mixing power is only 13.2kw, per ton of mortar power consumption of less than 0.5 degrees. If we produce 300,000 tons per year, we can save 1 million kilowatt hours per year.

High Precision Measurement

Production Process Introduction

Change the batch mixing of traditional mortar mixing plant to continuous dynamic batching system + continuous mixer.

The top layer is arranged with various powder raw material silos and dry sand silos, the next layer is continuous batching system, cement, fly ash and other powder materials use screw conveyor (dynamic weighing), dry sand adopts self-flow unloading method (dynamic weighing), several kinds of raw materials are started at the same time and unloaded to the mixing system according to the formula requirements and according to the set proportion continuously, the continuous mixer (three-stage mixing mechanism) will unload the finished mortar into the retractable bulk nozzle directly, the bottom layer is the dry mortar transportation vehicle (dry mortar). Continuous mixer (three-stage mixing mechanism) unloads the finished mortar directly into the telescopic loading spout, and at the bottom is the dry-mixed mortar transporter (bulk transporter), which can be switched to the horizontal screw conveyor and then conveyed to the finished product silo through the bucket elevator when it is necessary to store the finished mortar, and the telescopic loading spout is installed under the silo as well.

Due to the change to continuous batching and continuous mixing, the production efficiency is high and the consumption of electric power is low, which is suitable for the rapid production of masonry mortar and plastering mortar. (The additives need to be pre-mixed with cement or fly ash in advance, and we regard a certain kind of material after pre-mixing as an additive with a certain proportion)

Bulk transporter picks up the material at the ground level, it takes only 15 minutes for every 30 tons of production, the control system in the central control room stops according to every 30 tons, and after the next vehicle enters, the unit is turned on again.
