Core Features of Fully Automatic Dry Mortar Production Line
This large-scale fully automatic dry mortar production line delivers a production capacity ranging from 20 to 100 tons per hour, supporting flexible customization to meet diverse production demands. On the basis of a dedicated bulk loading system, we add a professional valve bag filling machine, which can perfectly satisfy both bulk mortar transportation and bagged mortar packaging requirements of customers. According to actual construction and transportation needs, customers can also choose supporting dry mortar bulk trucks and removable dry mortar silos to form a complete production-transportation-service system.
Dry Mix Plant Working Principle & Production Flow
This production unit is mainly designed for bulk mortar production, equipped with two valve bag fillers for bagged packaging. The entire production process is smooth and continuous, with a clear and reasonable process flow:
- Raw Material Preparation & Storage: Prepare dried and screened finished dry sand, which is lifted to the dry sand silo via a NE type bucket elevator. Three cement silos are arranged on one side of the production unit, and two finished mortar silos are installed on the opposite side of the dry sand silo, realizing scientific zoning of raw materials and finished products.
- Material Conveying & Distribution: Dry sand is transported through the bucket elevator and then distributed into corresponding silos via a two-position distributor. Different types of cement are pneumatically conveyed from trucks into the matched cement silos separately, ensuring raw material storage is orderly and non-polluting.
- Precision Metering: The sand measuring hopper and powder measuring hopper are installed on the top platform of the unit, realizing accurate preliminary metering of raw materials.
- Mixing & Transfer: The mixer is installed on the lower platform for full mixing of raw materials; the buffer hopper and U-type screw conveyor are set on the next level for stable material transfer.
- Finished Product Storage: After mixing, the finished mortar is transported to the finished material bucket elevator through the U-type screw conveyor, and then lifted into the corresponding finished product silo for storage.
- Loading & Packaging: Telescopic loading spouts are installed under the finished silo cylinders, directly connecting with bulk haulage trucks to transport qualified mortar to the construction site efficiently. In addition, two valve bag fillers are arranged next to the finished product silo cylinders, realizing on-site packaging of bagged mortar to meet diversified delivery needs.
