Peru — 60 T/H Rugged Dry Mortar Line for Industrial & Mining Infrastructure

Project Background: Peru is a major mining hub with a constant need for industrial-grade mortar for infrastructure and housing projects in diverse terrains. The client required a plant that was "ruggedized" to handle varying sand qualities (often with high abrasive content) and could be easily maintained in a region where spare parts logistics can be challenging.

The Solution: HAMAC delivered a 60 t/h Stepped Structure Production Line with reinforced wear-resistant components.

• Hardened Alloy Mixer Paddles: Extended the service life by 2.5 times when dealing with abrasive sand.
• Modular Design: Enables easy component replacement and future capacity expansion.
• Integrated Finished Product Silos: Provided 100 tons of buffer storage to ensure uninterrupted supply during peak demand.

Outcome: The client was highly impressed by the durability of the equipment. HAMAC’s participation in the EXCON Peru exhibition further strengthened our partnership, leading to a second order for a sand screening plant.
