Product Structure & Core Advantages

This wall putty manufacturing machine and dry mortar plant adopts a semi-stepped layout design, which is optimized and upgraded on the basis of typical stepped production units. To effectively reduce the overall height of the production unit and lower the equipment installation and operation threshold, we adopt a special integrated design: the mixer is installed below the load cell, meaning the mixer serves dual purposes as both a high-efficiency mixing machine and an accurate metering hopper.
Different from traditional ladder-type units, this semi-step production line cancels the independent dosing hopper and extra mixer platform, greatly simplifying the structure. Under the condition of not involving the height of raw material silos, the total height of the whole production unit is only about 5 metres, making it more suitable for workshops with limited height and narrow installation space, while also reducing the difficulty of daily operation and maintenance.

The whole production process of the semi-step wall putty manufacturing machine and dry mortar plant is highly coherent, with smooth material conveying and no material accumulation, realizing fully automatic continuous production. The complete production process is as follows:

The production line is equipped with multiple independent raw material silos, used for storing stone powder, cement, gypsum, calcium hydroxide and other main raw materials separately to avoid material cross-contamination. Conventional bulk raw materials are lifted into the corresponding silos through special bucket elevators; for powdery raw materials like cement, they can be directly pneumatically conveyed into the silos from truck-carrying tanks, which is efficient and dust-free, meeting environmental protection production requirements.
After raw material storage is completed, the automatic batching system starts to work, and various raw materials are quantitatively transported to the mixer through screw conveyors. As the mixer integrates metering and mixing functions, it can complete accurate proportioning and uniform mixing synchronously. After full mixing, the qualified wall putty finished product is transported to the finished product hopper through the screw conveyor. A self-sealing bag filling machine is installed below the finished product hopper, realizing fast and standardized packaging; packaged finished products are transported to the palletiser through the conveyor belt, completing the whole process of automatic production, packaging and palletizing.
