HAMAC recently finished the production and shipment of one impact crusher for an overseas client who operates quarries and construction waste recycling plants. This impact crusher will be used as a secondary crusher to process medium and low hardness stones such as limestone and barite, as well as demolition debris, producing aggregates with good cubic shape for concrete and asphalt. HAMAC designed this impact crusher so that the final aggregates are cubical and round, with adjustable discharge size and fewer tension cracks.

Configuration, factory testing and packing

For this project, HAMAC supplied an impact crusher with rotor size, feed opening and motor power selected according to the customer's required capacity and maximum feed size coming from the primary jaw crusher. The machine features a rigid welded housing, a rotor with large moment of inertia and high chromium blow bars, providing strong impact force, good wear resistance and long service life of main wear parts. Thanks to the low feeding height and large feed opening, it is easy to arrange this impact crusher in an existing production line and to feed it with belt conveyors or vibrating feeders.

During factory testing, the impact crusher was run with stone feed to check rotor balance, fastening of the blow bars and adjustment of the impact plates. Technicians observed vibration, bearing temperature and lubrication conditions, and adjusted the gap between the impact frame and rotor to match the target discharge size. After confirming stable operation and uniform product, they cleaned the machine, applied final paint and moved it to the loading yard for packing.

The crusher body was fixed on steel supports, wrapped and reinforced for sea transport, while spare blow bars, liner plates and other accessories were packed in wooden cases. According to the shipment plan, the impact crusher was loaded into containers or onto flat racks in HAMAC's factory and then transported to the port, ready to be shipped to the customer's country. With proper packing and securing, the machine can arrive at the jobsite in good condition and be installed without additional repairs.

Applications and benefits for the customer's plant

On the jobsite, this impact crusher will be installed behind a jaw crusher in a stationary or mobile crushing and screening plant, working together with vibrating screens and conveyors. The material passes through several impact chambers and repeated impact and rebound, so the final aggregates have a cubical or round shape and an adjustable particle size distribution. This makes the impact crusher an ideal choice for concrete and asphalt producers who require good particle shape and can accept a moderate amount of fines in the product.

Compared with conventional crushers, the impact crusher offers convenient operation and maintenance, easier replacement of blow bars and liners and a competitive cost per ton for medium-hard stones and recycled materials. By introducing this machine into their plant, the customer expects to increase output, improve aggregate quality and reduce overall production costs. HAMAC will provide installation guidance, commissioning support and regular supply of wear parts to ensure long-term reliable operation of the impact crusher.

There is no lowest price, only lower price. You get what you pay for. We hope you are looking for the perfect working performance of the equipment, not the low-priced inferior goods. HAMAC only provide our clients with high quality machines. Wish a cooperation with you in the future.
