The customer is involved in long mountain tunnels and access roads, where ready-mix concrete must be transported quickly and reliably from the batching plant to different tunnel faces. The published Nepal case highlights four units of 1.5 m³ concrete mixer trucks for tunnel construction, illustrating that smaller capacity mixers are often preferred in narrow tunnels and steep mountain roads due to better maneuverability and lower overall height. For the Nepal tunnel project, the four concrete mixer trucks were configured with compact chassis, appropriately sized drums and robust hydraulic systems suitable for continuous operation in harsh conditions.

The vehicles are driven and operated under load to confirm smooth mixing and discharging, after which they are cleaned and prepared for export packing.
