Trailer Concrete Mixer Pump: Compact Mixing and Pumping Solution

HAMAC presents its Trailer Concrete Mixer Pump, a versatile machine that combines concrete mixing and pumping in one unit. This video introduces the equipment's overall structure, mixing drum, feeding hopper, hydraulic components and trailer-mounted design, offering a closer look at a practical solution for concrete preparation and delivery.

Unlike a setup that requires a separate mixer and concrete pump, a concrete mixer pump integrates both functions into one machine. This arrangement can help reduce the number of machines required on site, save working space and simplify equipment coordination. It is worth considering for small and medium-sized construction projects, rural construction, building foundations and other jobs where a compact concrete mixing and pumping solution is preferred.

The video highlights the mixing drum and material feeding structure, along with the hydraulic components and concrete outlet. HAMAC offers different configurations, including diesel-engine and electric-motor options, with drum mixer or twin-shaft mixer arrangements depending on the model. The suitable configuration should be selected according to the project's power supply, concrete requirements, site conditions and pumping distance.

With its trailer-mounted structure, the machine can be moved between suitable work locations using an appropriate towing arrangement. Before operation, the equipment should be positioned on stable ground, connected to the required delivery pipeline and operated by trained personnel in accordance with the equipment manual and site safety procedures.
