1. The work load during the break-in period of the skid steer loader, half of the work load during the break-in period should not exceed 60% of the additional workload and an appropriate workload should be installed to prevent overheating of the site due to continuous operation.

2. Since construction machinery is a special kind of vehicle, operators should receive training and instruction from the manufacturer, have a deep understanding of rigid structure and function, and gain definite experience in operation and maintenance. Strict manipulation. The "Product Use and Maintenance Manual" provided by the consumer manufacturer is the material for the operator to operate the equipment. Before operating a compact skid steer, you must first read the "Use and Maintenance Manual" and perform operation and maintenance as needed.

3. Keep the compact skid steer loader clean in real time, adjust and tighten loose parts to prevent them from wearing out due to loose or missing parts.

4. Check carefully and frequently the level and quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel (water), and double-check the seal of the whole machine. During the inspection, if excessive oil and water are found, the reason should be explained. At the same time, the smoothness of each smoothing point should be enhanced. During the break-in period, smoothing grease should be added to the smoothing point every shift (except for special requirements).

5. Follow the instructions carefully and often. If there is an abnormality, stop and eliminate the fault immediately and stop operation until the cause is found or the blockage is removed.

6. At the end of the break-in period, mandatory maintenance must be carried out to check and mediate and fine tune the oil exchange.

In short, the maintenance requirements for small skid steer loaders during the break-in period can be summarized as follows: enhance training, reduce the load, pay attention to inspections and enhance lubrication. By paying attention to and implementing loader maintenance during the break-in period, you can reduce early failures, extend service life and improve operating efficiency. More benefits for you.
